Heating to the apartment is provided by a gas fired Intergas central heating boiler, located within a cupboard in the main bedroom. This supplies steel panel radiators throughout the apartment as well as domestic hot water. The system is controlled by a programmer and thermostatic radiator valves. Windows are double glazed with timber frames throughout.

Externally, the development benefits from communal parking, landscaped communal garden grounds and integral bin stores. It has easy access to local amenities, with Nairn town centre a few minutes walk away, making it both practical and enjoyable day to day.
