Dingwall railway station is a working junction on the Far North Line and the Kyle of Lochalsh Line. Direct trains run to Inverness, Wick, Thurso, and Kyle. Onward connections are available from Inverness.
Inverness Airport is roughly 25 miles away by road and handles UK and seasonal European flights. The A835 west from Dingwall is the main route to Ullapool and the North Coast 500.
