A floating sink sits on one wall with fitted storage units either side and a large mirror above. The toilet is positioned beneath the frosted window, with a chrome towel radiator mounted alongside.

The home is kept warm by a gas central heating system, with a combi boiler located in a cupboard on the landing which supplys both radiators and hot water. The windows are uPVC double glazed and the external doors are also uPVC, supporting everyday efficiency.

The rear garden opens out from the dining area onto a large section of decking, providing a lovely space to sit out and relax or dine in warmer months. Beyond this, the garden is creatively landscaped with rockery sections, stone chips and areas of flowers and plants which add colour. A timber shed sits in one corner taking care of storage for outdoor items while the boundaries are formed with timber fencing.
