Property Description

There’s a wide window to the front with a small radiator fitted beneath and another on the opposite wall helping to keep the room warm year round. This is a good size family space, with lots of room for sofas, seating and furniture.

On the ground floor you’ll find two of the five bedrooms. The first is a double with light blue painted walls and a royal blue carpet. There’s a window bringing in natural light with a radiator set beneath. The second bedroom is a similar size but has a grey finish. Three walls are painted a light grey with a feature wall covered in a light grey effect wallpaper. The grey laminate flooring continues underfoot in here, too. This double room has space for a double bed and additional furniture. Bedroom four is a large double with a wide window that brings in lots of natural light. Three walls are painted a neutral white with one covered in a light brick wall style wallpaper adding character. There’s a radiator fitted to keep you cosy while a light grey carpet finishes the room.

Bedroom five is a single room with a bright wallpapered feature wall that catches the eye, with British rock guitar patterns. The remaining walls are clean and neutral with wood laminate flooring underfoot. There’s also a built in storage cupboard in here with timber louvred doors.

Outside the rear garden has been designed for low maintenance with stone chip areas and a paved patio. There’s a gated section to the rear with a rotary dryer in place for drying laundry. A large timber shed to the side provides space to keep bikes, barbecues and other bits safely locked away while the garden is enclosed by tall timber fencing for privacy.
