To one side, a built in Zanussi oven sits beneath a matching electric induction hob with an extractor hood fitted above. The sink is positioned below a wide window and there’s also plumbing and space for a dishwasher underneath. The walls are painted a light pink shade to add a calming touch. Flowing through a large archway is an adjoining dining space which matches the same decoration. It’s a large area with room for a family table and chairs. A wide window has a radiator fitted below to ensure the room stays warm year round.

Through a side door in the kitchen you find the utility space. Here there’s additional storage cabinets and a sink in matching tones with light pink painted walls too. There’s space beneath the counters for laundry appliances plus another back door that leads to the garden.

The master bedroom has a feature wall, papered with grey tones and tree patterns. The rest of the walls are covered with a light coloured textured wallpaper as contrast. There’s a large built in wardrobe on one wall with timber folding doors while a light grey carpet runs underfoot. There’s an adjoining ‘Jack and Jill’ shower room situated between this bedroom and another, adding a touch of luxury. In here is a large corner shower cubicle housing a mains shower while to the side is a modern grey cabinet with white wash basin on top. Additional contemporary touches include a modern lighted mirror and a tall vertical grey radiator, making sure the room never feels cold. Three of the walls are lined with large light grey tiles with one wall covered with dark wood effect wetwall panels. On this wall is a modern sink set on top of a small cupboard with the toilet alongside. The room also includes a modern tall vertical white radiator and an electrically backlit mirror. Ceiling spotlights light the space with a frosted window for privacy.
